what are some knee strengthening body-weight exercises?my thighs are big and strong but my knee feels "loose". its almost like my knee bends backwards a little too easily.

sit in a chair and do 'foot lifts' raise your feet slowly until your legs are straight, then slowly lower them. Also stair climbing, just walking up long flights of stairs, or bike riding.

squats are a good one, i'd also say one legged squats, where you get a chair and put it behind you, then prop the toe of one foot on there and let it rest, then squat with just the one leg and start with sets of 5 alternating legs. If you feel like you can do more, then do more. that works them pretty good.
