what pain pills is good for knee pain? arthritis?

I take Advil. They suggest people take Aleve because it has Naproxen (A nonsteroidal antiinflamatory drug) in it, it seems to work for some and not so much for others.

no OTC stuff, you need a script for an anti inflamatory
