Hi,I did the following:
How to treat a knee sprain/strain when you have school the next day?I have to be able to fully function tomorrow with a sprained knee. Tips for making it more pain-free?

Ouch! Ice, or a bag of peas on the knee, elevate it and rest it. You can take paracetamol for the pain tomorrow and ibuprofen the day after (no sooner or you risk causing damage to the knee). Move it as soon as you feel able, the quicker you get it moving the faster it'll heal.

Do not massage it as you risk increasing swelling, and avoid heat. Tomorrow wear a support bandage (tubigrip) to support the knee. Depending on how bad the sprain is you may need to use a support, ie a stick. If you have gym at school get a sick note, jumping about on your knee will damage it as it's still healing.
