Exercises/stretches for knee pain?I get severe knee pain when hiking or walking downhill and when I walk on a hard surface, like concrete, for a long period of time. The pain is located below the kneecap, on the outside of the leg in my left knee. My right knee starts to hurt after awhile, too, especially when I put more pressure on it to relieve the pain in my left knee. I'd like to know what's going on with my knees and if there are any exercises or stretches I should be doing to help this. I can't afford to go to a health practitioner like a doctor or PT. I just want exercise/stretching advice. Thanks!

Try one of those knee cap stabilizer that you put on below your knee cap when you hike. It may help.
