How to cure knee pain?I have tennis practice 6 hours a day with a 1 hour break for this whole week and can't stay away.
I have had minor pain in my knee for about a week. I play tennis, and during practice today, it started hurting worse. I'm not sure what it is, but what could I do to heal it quickly? It is my left knee, and it's not the knee part, but the back of it. Thanks.
