Knee Disorders: Achy knees sign of second pregnancy?

Achy knees sign of second pregnancy?I think I may be pregnant and am still breastfeeding my daughter who is 1. I take the mini pill so I dont really have a normal period to track. I used to have achy knees during my pregnancy and right after but they went away and were fine. The past week they have been really hurting again. I cant think of another reason they would hurt this much. I have never had joint pain except pregnancy related. Would this be a sign that I am pregnant again?
