knee strengthening?I am going to start playing hockey again pretty soon and i am trying to find some exerciese that will stengthen my knee. I injured it playing hockey a few years ago, I don't actually know what I did to it but it is a deep pain, it hurts pretty much in the middle of the knee.

Have you seen a physical therapist? they will be better at helping. strenghtening your knee is something that your average joe cant tell you what to do. Try in another section, maybe genral health?
