Hi,I did the following:
Why do I have back knee pain?While I was playing soccer I think I landed bad on my knee.
Now the back of my Knee hurts when I pull my leg back or when I bring it forward. I am afraid I might have injured a ligament or a tendon.

What do you think happened?
Or what can I do to make it heal faster.

I would still see a doctor. you could have damaged a "ham string" as well. my doctor gave me flexerill, a muscle relaxent to help. It could be more than that, so I would see a doctor if you have tried slow exercise, heat and asprin first.

Well, it's not hard at all for a doctor to tell whether you've done damage to ligaments or tendons. Trust me, been there, done that. I went to the doctor because of my knees (I'm a gymnast); and I have some weird knee condition he saw from an x-ray.
Going to see a doctor is probably your best bet.
Otherwise, keep resting it as much as you can without strain... and take pain killers. You could always do the hot pack/cold pack thing. 20 minutes for each one, off and on. That helps too. Keeping your knee warm might also feel good on the field - to use a tensor wrap thing around it. The heat helps.

Stop soccer & leg bending exercises for 10 days. Your bod has responded to the knee sudden pressure or blow by apparent swelling of a liquid-sac (bursa), causing pain when more pressure is placed upon it. Try Aleve ør Motrin for 10 days per label directions; drink 6 glasses plain water everyday. Whirlpool or hot wet towels, 20 minutes + gentle massage can help, too
