What exercises should I do to make my knees and elbows as powerful as those of Muay Thai fighters?


What exercises should I do to make my knees and elbows as powerful as those of Muay Thai fighters?Do I hit trees like MT fighters do?If not,then what exercises can I do to make my elbows and knees as powerful as those of practitioners of Muay Thai?I want to have elbows and knees strong enough to break wooden boards and bricks.I also want to have elbows and knees that are so hard that if some one tries to hit me and I block the attack with elbows or knees,their hands or feet will will be painfully damaged and perhaps even sprained or broken.

striking repeatedly against a hard surface will build up scar tissue to toughen and numb the area off. so when you block a low kick with your shin, it doesn;t hurt too much.

in order to get more power, repeated striking (knee / elbow) onto a firm ounch bag will help.

also, you need strong lower abs for effective knees.
