Knee Disorders: i have finished treatment for tendonitis in my knee but after goin bak to sport they are sore and a bit sweld?


i have finished treatment for tendonitis in my knee but after goin bak to sport they are sore and a bit sweld?is this normal?

Could be if you're not keeping up with your exercises. I get the same thing and I have to wear a patellar strap on one knee and keep both wrapped while playing
