Join a swimming class, or do it casual. Because your feet are touching ground, the impact is a lot less which makes it easier on your joints. So check out your local swimming pools and see if they offer classes.

1. Oral Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): Slowly pour two teaspoons (to two tablespoons) of ACV over 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate). After it stops fizzing, add one cup of water and drink two to three times a day for four to five days a week (on an empty stomach) and/or

2. Oral Hyaluronic Acid (sodium hyaluronate) (a formulation used for horses) (a major component of synovial fluid - spinal fluid and the fluid between the brain and skull and the fluid in cells): Mix 500 milligrams of hyaluronic acid powder and two teaspoons of sea salt in two cups of water. Store this formula in the refrigerator. Take eight capfuls (using the cap from the bottle you are storing the mixture in) three times a day for four to five days a week (on an empty stomach) while the ailment persists.

It takes about two weeks to completely remove all pain. There are even cases where severe spinal degeneration of cartilage was fully restored.

i am only 21 years old but i have had knee problems and have had to go to physical therapy. what they recommended to me was to buy a knee brace from my local pharmacy (cvs or walgreens?) and wear it whenever i was exercising. i was told that i had the knees "of an 80 year old woman". my problem was that i do not have enough cartilage around my knee cap.. so my knee cap dislocates and 'pops' out of place during strenuous activities. if this is your case, try to avoid kneeling and exercising when the knee is in pain. exercises such as bicycling was recommended for me and i was told that it was extremely important to ice my knees for 10-15min after physical activity. its been a year since i've seen a physical therapist and these precautions have kept me strong and out of pain. i suggest that if your pain continues that you see a physical therapist yourself and talk to your doctor. best of luck to you! i hope your knees feel better! i know how much pain that they can cause.

Acupuncture is apparently very good for this kind of thing:

Might be worth a try anyway!

Hope you feel better soon.
