Hurt Knee?

Hurt Knee?I hurt my knee a bit from jumping off of something. What can I do to heal it faster? Ice or what? It only hurts when I bend it about 75 degrees for a split second or so.

Ibuprofen will help to reduce the swelling as well. Other than that, just be good to it for a few days. ice on and off will be the most effective however.

Take excedrin because it will help the swelling go down and take away the pain. other than that...ICE IT!!
