Is it okay to work out if your knee joints are sore?They've been sore for a couple of days. I didn't work out yesterday because they hurt so bad from dancing on New Year's the night before. Should I wait another day?

After working out and your muscles become sore, u have to take a 1 or 2 day break.if you dont, you will get even more sore and its not healthy for your muscles, even though your working out.your joints can get weaker and weaker if you dont let it rest for a day or 2.your joints could get sso weak to the fact that they could crack or break. if you wait a day, your giving your muscles time to heal and get stronger so that your performance in sports or whatever will be better.so yeahh:)
