is it safe to dance with a twisted knee?my knee has been acting up with some weird pain on the muscle that attaches the knee to the leg. i just wanted to know if its still safe to dance extreme hip hop with it. i do alot of twists and falls so i need help.

are you dumb...one, you dont really have knee problems (maybe you should wear your "knee brace") and if it really hurts maybe you should stay off your knee...duh!

you should probably rest until it completely heals. You wouldn't want it to be worse than it already is.

NO! post-pone dancing until it gets better! if you dance while its still injured you'll injure it even more! also go to a doctor. my friend has knee tendenitis, which sounds kind of like what you have.

I dont suggest that you dance with a twisted nee. I myself , have taken dance since i was two. So dont please i dont want you getting hurt more...
