Is there any medication guranteed to heal knee cartilage?

Is there any medication guranteed to heal knee cartilage?Thing is I have been taking all kinds of chondroitin/glucosamine pills capsules etc and non of them seem to work yet they all claim to "heal" or repair bone cartilage in the knee. I was wondering if there is anyone out there taking something that actually does what it it claims or has a high likelyhood of improving my knee .

Once cartilage is broken it can not be repaired.

No. All false claims. If there really was such a medication then why would people still be having so many operations? Right? There would be no need to cut anymore.

Believe me, this is what I do. If there was any such thing, it would be huge, world-wide news. Everyone would know about it. Those "chondroitin/glucosamine" pills are NOT clinically tested. Why? Because then they would be clinically proven not to work.

move free advanced, available without prescription and taken as directed can help a lot.
If your knee requires more help
talk to your doc about synvisc, it will help
lubricate and cushion the knee joint. Without this cushioning, cartilage in the knee joint may wear down over time, causing pain and stiffness. SYNVISC can improve the cushioning and lubricating effects of synovial fluid that has been lost over time. It requires about 3 appts. each a week apart.
