I am having severe right leg knee pain?I am having severe right leg knee pain and thigh pain, when i am sleeping. I checked the X-ray, X ray results shows the knee and bone dont have problem. Please help me

What you might have going on there is a "pinched" nerve between the 4th and 5th Lumbar vertebrae. "Sciactia" perhaps. See if you can speak to a chiropractor about this.
Not much will show up on an x-ray. You might be able to see a disk pressuring the nerve on an MRI - but who can afford that? The chiropractor presses in on the small of the back relieving pressure on the sciatic nerve, and then it takes a week or so to clear up especially if it's hurt for some time.

Could be a pinched nerve in your back somewhere. The source of the pain isn't always from where you feel it. Try a physio.

Go to a doctor. If you go to a doctor and your problem is still unresolved - go to another doctor.
