Whats the name of this knee condition?My doctor told me about this knee condition i have but i dont remember the name of it.
What happens is that when i bend my knee my knee cap, instead of going in to the grove it should it rubs against another bone.
Any idea?
I think its initials have a "P" and/or an "F"
but dont quote me on that.

It's called Patellofemoral or Patellofemoral pain syndrome. I know someone who has that, and your cartilage has worn down so much that when there is movement in that joint, the patella rubs agaisnt the femor/tibia & fibula.
