Pain behind knee after my run, is it really serious and should I go to the hospital?I usually run 3-4 miles 6 days a week. But lately it's been freezing cold and I had to give it a rest. I did a mile and a half before my legs felt sore today after not running for close to two weeks. Now, there is a pain behind my right knee and I'm concerned about blood clots and all that stuff. It's mostly just sore to the touch. Am I alright? Should I go to the ER?

how painful is it? your ok till you see your doctor. if you had a blood clot it would be very painful and you wouldn't be able to walk and it would swell alot. It sounds like you might have torn your miniscus. I would make an appointment with your doctor.
