right knee pain when attempting to straight or walk?

right knee pain when attempting to straight or walk?I was walking on the grass and stepped into a hole that was covered by grass causing my right knee to buckle backwards 3 days ago. Now I cannot straighten it that knee without major pain directly below the knee cap, walk hurts unless I keep it bent the entire time. I have had two knee scopes 16 years ago, but pain was much different
