What is the best remedy for arthritis pain in the knee? Does it really normally come and go?

What is the best remedy for arthritis pain in the knee? Does it really normally come and go?I can't determine which of what I'm doing makes the pain go away for days after it attacks for few days. I do therapy but it recurred. I put warm bag/warm compress on my lower back now and I use some natural therapy cream made of ginger, virgin coconut oil and peppermint which seems to have stopped the pain so far. I don't know if it's just the nature of arthritis that it stops then recurs at any given time and I don't know anymore whether what i'm doing now is the one that makes the pain stop.

My mum has very bad arthritis and before she had knee replacements last year, her doctor told her to eat grapes, there is apparently something in their skin which is good for arthritis.

rub lard (pig fat) on your knees and wrap them...it helps !!

Glucosamine and chondroitin help repair cartilage. Knowing what kind of arthritis you have may help. Rheumatoid is like an auto-immune disorder, so stress related hormones can help, since they weaken your immune system. So can smoking. (Or babysitting) Osteo is more wear and tear, so taking care of yourself and wearing a brace may help. My mom has been doing yoga for decades and swears by it.

Out of my own personal experience try taking a daily dosage of apple vinegar (1 tablespoon) mixed with juice to make it mild and tasty. Keep on this daily remedy for 3 months and your arthritis will diminish and disappear. I had arthritis in both knees and now I am well and without any pain. Trust me, it'll work. Good Luck.

You better try some homeopathic medicine. I think it will definitely benefit you
