Its possible you might have hurt ligaments in the knee . Talk to your doctor.

It may mean that you have a torn meniscus or cartilage. It can also mean that you had a slight dislocation that you will never have again. If it pops out and hurts -- do not pop it back. Ice it until it relaxes and goes back. Hurts? Yes, but icing it does less damage. If it continues go to a doctor. Nothing to do with height.
