Anatomy & Physiology diagram using the correct terms?Please check, thanks!
1. The mouth is *inferior* to the nose.
2. The right ear is *lateral* to the nose.
3. The chest is *superior* to the knees.
4. The large toe is *medial* to the small toe.
5. The hand is *distal* to the elbow.
6. The knee is *proximal* to the ankle.
7. The spinal cord is *posterior* to the lungs.
8. The shoulder is *lateral* to the vertical midline.
9. A plane that divides the body equally into right and left halves is the *saggital*.
10. The *horizontal* plane divides the body into superior and inferior portions.

I believe you are correct. (I checked my anatomy reference book from Massage therapy school.)

All are correct except #9 is the Mid-saggital Line.

1-8 are correct

# 9 is the MIDSAGGITAL plane. A saggital plane divides the body into right & left sections but a midsaggital plane divides the body into EQUAL right & left sections

# 10 can be called the horizontal plane but the medical term for the plane is called the TRANSVERSE plane.
