Knee Disorders: Clicking knee?

Clicking knee? When ever I do a back kick, the knee clicks and from then it it keeps clicking. If I shake the leg a little the clicking stop but whenevr the back kick occurs it always clicks and it makes me feel worried. Also, if I bend my knees which is required when in stance (Martial Arts) and then i stand up straight again, my knee just hurts and then stops hurting. From there it starts to click again and it makes me feel so frustrated and worried at what is going on.When ever I am properly stretched out and in the dojo, the knee isnt a problem, but when I practice at home on my own, it just clicks and keeps clicking. Sitting down is not a problem at all, but when ever I slowly stretch my right knee out it just clicks, my left knee doesn't do this. What is going on?

The clicking does sometimes happen, but the pain shouldn't. You may have tendonitis in the knee, Osgood Schlatters, which usually occurs in teenage boys who exercise a lot (use their knees a lot).

If you have a lump underneath your knee, just above the shin, then Osgood Schlatters is most likely what it is, in my opinion.
