knee ligament?Im having surgery thursday to replace my patellar femoral ligament.
Has anyone here ever had a ligament replaced in the knee? how is the recovery? painful? im scared!

Don't be scared!!! you will be alright! It's not painful if you have the right pain killers. the recovery is about 6 months though, but you can do it. It's not a very dangerous surgery so dont' sweat it. Good luck
