Really bad knee pain after playing basketball?I'n 16 and I play a lot of basketball. I've never had any bad injuries before but after every game my knees seem to be hurting, it's kind of like a stabbing pain. They also hurt all during the week, so i'll play basketball for the whole weekend have a day or two off and then go back and in my time away from it, my knees kill.
What should i do about them?
& i have a game tonight and 6 on the weekend, should i be keeping off my knees?

Those sound like shin splints, you need better shoes if your going to be running

yes, you should not play, but u shud take two ace bandages and 4 ice pack then wrap an ice pack on either side of the knee and wrest them. u might also want to go to the doc.
