When will the tendonitis and osgood schlatters disease in my knee go away?


When will the tendonitis and osgood schlatters disease in my knee go away?Ive had both of these for 9 months now and its gradually go ten better but for the past 5 months ive seen no change. it really hurts to kneel on and the past couple weeks ive been experiencing pain after my 1.7 k run. i stretch after but still i feel this sort of burning sensation in my lower knee were my tibia is. does anyone know when this will go away?

It will only get better if you stop running. Rest is the best way to heal tendonitis and osgood schlatters disease. Try resting for a week or two and take some anti inflammatories when it hurts.
